Hidden or Lost?: No

History: Kobolds aren't known for their love of humans, but thanks to one enterprising leader, there is now a place where kobolds and humans can mingle and even have some fun. Or so it seems.
When the villagers of Daggerpond made it clear that they intended to remove the local kobold population from the caverns just outside of town, Cave Thane Brog knew he had to do something to save his tribe. Having seen his birth clan helpless to stop their own slaughter at the hands of fearful humans, Brog knew that violence wouldn't save them. So he thought of a new plan.
Brog instructed his tribe to dismantle their mines and hide their shinies. In their place he ordered the construction of carnival rides. They built a ferris wheel, a carousel, a tunnel of romance, an arcade, and more. Of course they we're all based on Brog’s, half-remembered drawings from his time trapped in a traveling carnival, so each attraction was built slightly askew, and just a bit deadly. Still, on the day that the mob from Daggerpond arrived at the tribe’s cave bearing torches and blades, Brog was there to greet them. He introduced himself by the name he was given in the old carnival, Koboldrick, and invited the villagers into the newly christened Warren of Thrills. The mob was apprehensive, but one child snuck onto one of the rides, and their joyous laugh put the murderous mob at peace. The villagers of Daggerpond put down their weapons and began partaking in the fair’s many subterranean delights.
Then, when the last pitchfork was laid down Brog sprung his trap. The ferris wheel seats snapped closed, crushing the riders. The tunnel of romance was flooded, and the arcade burst into flames. In mere minutes the town of Daggerpond was decimated, and not a single kobold life was lost. Brog and his tribe staged the now-empty village to look like it had been attacked by raiders, and reset their devious trap. Now the Warren of Thrills is open for business, attracting passing travelers and bored caravans. Many of them have fun. Very few of them leave.
